Lower Level Chemistry

Hello! A long time ago, I remember seeing an article (I believe it was from ACS, although I am not positive) about a teacher who taught a low level chem com and did a cool unit on drugs and alcohol. I have searched and searched and can't find anything about a unit in chemistry about it. I've found lots of resources from health classes, but none from a chemistry class. Does anyone know anything about this or have resources I could use?
