Feedback Wanted on Digital Chemistry in the Community Resource

By AACT on February 25, 2021

Chemistry in the Community is a textbook published by the American Chemical Society (ACS) that teaches chemistry through the lens of real-life scenarios (watch this AACT webinar to learn more).

ACS has been working hard to figure out the right way to update the resource, and you are invited to provide feedback about that vision!

A general skeleton has been put together to provide an example of what the entire collection could look like. You can access the online resource that is a work in progress. Please take a look at the collection and spend some time navigating through Section 5C: The Mole (it is the only section with active links).

If you have time, please complete this survey with thoughts and feedback about the resource inspired by ChemCom. An author team will eventually be assembled to fully develop this resource, and we want to make sure the vision we provide them is in line with what teachers, like you, would use!

Please review the prototype and complete the survey by March 15. All submissions will be entered into a drawing for one of 10 $50 Amazon gift cards. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to ACS Textbooks Manager, Emily Abbott at e_abbott@acs.org.
