ChemClub is Joining AACT!

We are excited to announce that AACT will now manage the ChemClub program!

Since the mission of AACT is to support the success of educators by providing quality resources, professional development, and networking opportunities, the ChemClub program is a perfect addition to our portfolio.

ChemClub is a program that provides high school students with a unique opportunity to experience chemistry beyond the classroom. More than 500 clubs across the United States and abroad participate in after-school activities, get involved in community building, learn about chemistry careers, enjoy social events, and better understand how chemistry plays a role in our everyday lives.

While the program is changing hands, the quality and purpose will remain the same. As former chemistry teachers, we’re looking forward to continuing the great work of the program. We understand this is a very unique school year, and we are planning to offer virtual club ideas for teachers in remote learning situations.

If you haven’t renewed your club yet, please complete the form as soon as possible so you don’t miss any communications for this school year. If you are interested in starting a ChemClub at your school this year, or if you are starting a club at a new school, please submit your information here.
