Using Social Media "Science" to Improve CER Skills Mark as Favorite (3 Favorites)

Our students are constantly viewing videos from social media sources that often demonstrate "scientific" practices. The constant access to information can lead to many scientific misconceptions. By using these videos and "life hacks", students learn how to take a scientific approach to question the validity of these videos. This high engagement lesson, created by Karen Sorenson, becomes a favorite of students each week as they look to determine if the week's video is Cap (Lie) or No Cap (Truth).
